In addition, we boil the chancaca with water (preferably the liquid should cover the ingredient) and when it thickens, we add it to the rice. it is time to add the dried fruits. After it takes the desired point, we serve the dessert in a candy box and if we want we sprinkle with ground cinnamon. some sprinkle grated coconut in place of the cinnamon for a nice contrast.
