Preparation
After slicing the goat, we marinate with vinegar, garlic, achiote, cumin, black pepper, and oregano. we let the meat sit in the sauce for a while. Later, we put a little oil in a pan (keep it on low heat, because the kid cooks very fast) and fry the meat. add the salt point, and a moment before serving, add the whole potatoes to cook with the kid and drizzle with the juice and spices. We serve the kid with a potato salad and a lettuce and onion salad.
