Preparation

Desalter the beef jerky.
If you do it the day before, wash the meat well and let it soak until the next day; if I do it on the day the dish is made, put the jerky sauce and, after slicing, bring it to the boil with water until it boils. You should change the water several times so that the meat is not salty.
Cut the meat into pieces and cook in water until soft.
Then, shred the pieces of beef jerky.
Make a stew, bringing the meat to the heat, with the oil, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes and parsley. Season to taste.
When the sauté is ready, check the salt, and, if necessary, season and season.
Remove from heat and thicken with cassava flour. Beat well until the meat is shredded.
Serve with fried banana strips.
