Preparation

Add the salt to the salmon already cut into strips. Mix well and set aside. Cut the onion, arrange the slices in a bowl with water and ice and leave for 20 minutes. In a bowl, place the onion, parsley and pepper. Reserve.
Beat in a blender for approximately two minutes, lemon, olive oil and soy sauce.

Drizzle the salmon with the sauce and mix well. Arrange in the serving dish or bowl where you will serve it and finish the dish with the seasoned onion and the leaves and coriander

Ingredients

  • 600 gram (s) of fresh salmon cut into strips
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup (s) of julienne-cut red onion tea (in strips)
  • 1/4 cup (s) of chopped parsley tea
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (s) of lemon juice tea
  • 1 cup (s) of olive oil tea
  • 1 cup (s) of soy sauce
  • fresh coriander leaves to taste
