Preparation

In a bowl, add the sesame oil, the crushed garlic, salt to taste and mix well. Add the lemon juice and mix. Gradually add ice water, mixing constantly, until the sauce is thin and whitish.

  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil. Tahine
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • Cold water (as needed)
  • Salt to taste
