Preparation
we clean the shrimp well. We leave the tails soaking in salted water for a couple of hours.
Cut the Chinese onions into small trunks approximately 3 centimeters long. cut the chili type juliana. Brown the previously ground garlic in hot oil; then add the chili pepper and the Chinese onion. finally the shrimp. fry for about 2 minutes; add the sugar, the tamarind sauce and correct the seasoning with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, we use the chicken broth.
we serve with rice or noodles.
