Preparation
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the shrimp and lobster until they are well fried. Add shallot, mushrooms and green beans, frying for about 1 minute. Add the chicken stock, cooking over a low heat for about 3 minutes. Mix the honey with the soy sauce. Add the cornstarch and stir. Add the seafood, and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Apart, boil 2 liters of salted water and cook the dough. Drain and place on a platter. Cover with seafood and serve immediately.

- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 230 gr of shrimp meat
- 230 gr of minced lobster meat
- 1 chopped shallot 1 cup rolled mushroom tea
- 450 gr of blanched green beans
- 250 ml of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 340 gr egg dough
