Preparation
Cook the spaghetti with a drizzle of olive oil. Bring the bacon cubes to brown in the fat itself, in a frying pan and remove the fat. Pour the cream into the fat and let it boil over a low heat, so that they thicken. Season with salt and pepper and add the bacon. Place the spaghetti on a platter, cover with the sauce, sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve immediately.

- 400 gr of spaghetti
- Olive oil q.s.
- 150 gr of diced bacon
- 2 dl of cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese q.s.
