Preparation

Clean the chicken and remove the skin and viscosity. Cut into pieces.

Chop the onion and garlic into pieces and sauté with butter.

Add the chorizo, cut into slices and the chicken pieces and brown on all sides, stirring occasionally.

Add the sliced ​​carrots and sauté for 5 minutes. Dissolve the tomato pulp in wine and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pan and let it stew over a very low heat for about 30 minutes.

Add hot water in the amount needed to cook the pasta and, when it resumes boiling, add the spaghetti.

Let it cook until the dough is ready.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
