Preparation

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Bring a pan to the heat with the oil, the onions cut into thin slices, the garlic cloves stepped on, the tomatoes without skins or chopped seeds and put the steaks on top.
Cover the pan and let it cook.
When the meat is tender, add the crushed peanuts and mix with 1 dl of water.
Let it boil to check.
Serve with boiled sweet potatoes.

  • 500 grs of veal steaks not too high
  • 60 grs of peanuts
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 dl of olive oil
  • salt q.s.
  • pepper q.s.
  • 1 dl of water
