Preparation

Make splinters of cod and remove the bones.

Cut the potatoes, onions, garlic cloves and tomatoes into slices.

In a saucepan, add the olive oil and then make alternating layers of onion, garlic, tomato and cod.
Drizzle everything with wine and water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook over white.

Remove and serve sprinkled with parsley.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 dl of White Wine
  • 2 dl of cold water
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • salt q.s.
  • pepper q.s.
