Preparation

In a frying pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, annatto, salt, pepper, cumin and nutmeg to your liking, then add the meat and the fat of the crab, wine, sugar and the crumbled bread, previously soaked in milk, mix and cook until Let it thicken, then add the olives, walnuts and raisins.
