Preparation
Cut the onion and add it with the lemon juice. Clean the shrimp and cook in 4 cups of water with salt and pepper for two minutes, drain the shrimp and place in another container. To this add the pickled onion, the tomato sauce to taste, the coriander, the orange juice, the olive oil, a glass of water (in which the shrimp is cooked), mix well and serve with roasted corn or kangaroo.

- Olive oil

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
