Preparation

Beat the sugar, eggs, yolks and vanilla sugar until they form a foam, for almost 30 minutes. then add the lemon juice, the whites until stiff, the flour and mix gently. Butter the lamb-shaped mold and sprinkle it with flour. Inside the silhouette of the lamb, add the dough and place in the oven on medium power and leave to bake, approximately 45 minutes. once cooled, we carefully unmold the lamb and decorate it as usual.
