Preparation

cut the onion into thin slices, chop the carrot and green peppers and put them on the fire in a clay pot with olive oil. crush the tomatoes with a fork, add them to the casserole and let them sauté for five minutes. then add the tuna slices, add the salt and cook for ten minutes, turning the slices halfway through cooking. Sprinkle the spices on top, add the wine, the lemon juice, the raisins and the pine nuts and ½ glass of water.
let it rest with the casserole covered for a minute.

- four slices of fresh tuna,
- two green peppers,
- a carrot,
- two medium onions,
- four tomatoes,
- Salt,
- a glass of white wine,
- a glass of lemon juice,
- a handful of pine nuts and raisins and spices to taste (pepper, sweet paprika, marjoram….)
