Preparation
cut the fish into small squares, season with salt, pepper and garlic. In a container, place the lemon juice and soy sauce, add the fish and mix so that it is well impregnated. let it marinate for a few minutes, then pass the trout in flour, fry it in a deep frying pan with plenty of hot oil, once browned remove and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with golden potatoes and lemon wedges.
