Preparation

Let the almonds and cashews soak for 8 hours and then drain the water and peel the almonds. Reserve.
Beat in a blender, almonds and cashews, along with the other ingredients.
Pour the contents of the blender into a saucepan and bring to medium heat.
Mix until the curd is easily released from the pan.
Return the curd to the blender and blend for another 5 minutes.
Keep in refrigerator.
Makes a cup of tea.

  • 1/4 cup (tea) and almonds
  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of tea
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
