Preparation
Place the 2 cans in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, this will make the cream separate from the water.
Open the cans and scoop the waterless cream into a large bowl.
Add the sweetener, lemon juice and lemon zest to the cream.
Beat everything very well with the electric mixer for about 5 minutes.
Place in bowls in a source and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After that time serve.
Garnish with mint leaves.
