Preparation

Place the tapioca flour in a container and add the boiling vegetable milk, the Brazil nuts and the desired spices. Shake well.
After reaching full-bodied consistency, turn off the heat and transfer the dough to a shallow container. Refrigerate for a few hours (3 to 4 hours). Remove from the refrigerator and cut into small cubes. Place the cubes on a baking sheet in the oven at high temperature. Turn them at least once. Ready!

  • 1 cup of broken and chopped Pará nuts
