In the heart of the Alentejo, with a privileged location in the heart of the village of Cuba, Casa de Monte Pedral is one of the oldest mansions in this village, with a very typical architecture, maintaining some of the traditional aspects of the region (vaulted and interior with stucco finishes and the traditional oven). It was adapted by the current owners and today has a restaurant and a traditional wine cellar.
The restaurant with exposed brick vaults mounted on pillars, and copper-clad walls is exquisite and guarantees originality. Carved wine and traditional cuisine are the stakes of the Casa Monte Pedral cellar. The wines of the region are the ideal ideas to accompany traditional cheeses and snacks. On the menu, you can count on game-based dishes, grilled or roasted meats, and the famous açordas (bread soups).
