Preparation

Start by seasoning the meat with salt, pepper and let it rest.
In a saucepan, bring the chopped onion and garlic with a drizzle of oil to the heat and let it brown.
Add the diced carrot and bay leaf and cook a little.
Add the tomato pulp and sauté.
Add the white wine and add water and cook for 1 hour until the meat is tender and the sauce is refined.
Serve with boiled potatoes and add chopped parsley on top.
