Then add the tongue with all the marinade ingredients, the sliced ​​carrot, cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes.

Then remove the carrot and tongue, cut the tongue into slices and set aside.

Grind the remaining contents of the pan very well.

Add the previously sliced ​​tongue and cook without covering the pan for another 15 minutes

Serve with mashed potatoes or fries and rice
