Preparation

Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthwise.
They are placed in a pyrex that can go to the table and to the oven.
Sprinkle with the grated lemon peel, cinnamon and butter nuts.
Mix the condensed milk very well with the egg yolks and pour over the bananas.
Sprinkle with grated coconut and bake in the oven.
It should be golden.
Serve warm or cold.

  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
