Preparation
Beat the sugar very well with the egg yolks until it doubles in volume. Add the coconut milk and the crushed cardomoms and beat a little more.
Mix the flour and beat very well.
A smooth, round shape is spread with butter, leaving a good layer on the bottom.
Take it to the oven to heat the pan.
Remove the pan from the oven and pour a portion of the preparation to cover the bottom of the pan.
Take it to the oven to cook with the fire on top (gratin). When blond, add a new layer and so on, until the layers are 7.
Be careful not to brown the layers too much (just brown). Once ready, unmold.
Serve cold or warm.
