Preparation
In a bowl, add egg yolks and egg whites, flour, cinnamon, grated lemon peel and nutmeg.
Melted fats and milk are poured into this mixture. Everything is beaten very well.
After well beaten add the bicarbonate, raisins and brandy. Wrap very well without knocking.
Put the dough in a form that previously greased with a lot of butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake in a low oven for about 1 hour, but you should check. Once cooked, remove it from the oven and unmold.
