Preparation

1-peel and wash the garlic cloves and finely chop them. arrange the steaks, season them with fine salt and freshly ground pepper.

2-heat a frying pan, melt the margarine, add the steaks and let them fry on both sides to taste. remove them, place them on a plate, add the cream previously mixed with the mustard to the skillet, also add the steaks serum that formed on the plate and cook until it thickens.

3-place the steaks on a platter, pour the cream and mustard sauce over them and serve them with white rice and lettuce and tomato salad.

  • 4-beef steaks
  • 3-cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper q.s.
  • 2-tablespoons of margarine
  • 2dl of cream
  • 1-spoon (soup) well filled with mustard
