Preparation

Beat the yolks until they double in volume. Pour the hot butter and the baking powder over them drop by drop. Add the flour little by little and continue beating until it has a very smooth texture. You should not use all the flour only the necessary so that it can be kneaded. Circle into desired tamales, and bake at 175ºC until lightly browned. When cool, fill with manjar blanco and then pass the edges with grated coconut.
