the corn is cooked in water for an hour, a cup is taken out, it is ground and this mass is returned to the water and dissolved in it. A syrup is prepared with the panela, the orange leaves, the cloves and the cinnamon. This honey is dissolved in the corn mixture and the lulo pulps and the finely chopped pineapple are added. everything is stirred very well and served with ice.
