the chicken is cooked with water and salt, the skin is removed and deboned, and it is shredded very well.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into tiny squares and fry them, but they have to be white and soft. cook sliced onions and garlic in olive oil until they are white and transparent.
after having everything ready, prepare a béchamel sauce, put the butter to melt and add the flour and mix well, then add the milk and stir until it thickens.
off the heat, add the egg yolk, the lemon juice, pepper, nutmeg half a packet of grated cheese and the cream and season with salt. (be careful that the chicken has already been cooked with salt). finally add the chicken, onion and potatoes, mix the sauce and wrap everything very well.
place on a tray that goes to the oven and sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and grated bread q.s. , and is going to brown.
