Preparation

Boil two liters of water in a pot, add the noodles and cook for two minutes. drain and nest in a bowl.

Add oil to a frying pan, add the oyster sauce and the meat, add all the vegetables, the water, the mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and seasoning. cover until vegetables are lightly cooked. Add the soy sauce, sugar and thicken with the chuño or cornstarch dissolved in a little water. add the sesame oil and then pour all the mixture over the noodles. serve hot.

  • half a kilo of Chinese noodle with egg
  • half Chinese cabbage, penned into thin strips
  • a red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • a cup of sen cua (Chinese zucchini, optional)
  • a cup of jolantau (Chinese peas)
  • a cup of Chinese mushrooms
  • a cup of broccoli half parboiled
  • a celery stalk cut into strips
  • a cup of pork cut into strips
  • half a tablespoon of sugar
  • three quarter cup of water
  • two tablespoons oyster sauce
  • half a teaspoon of sesame oil (optional)
  • three tablespoons of soy sauce (soy sauce)
  • chuño or cornstarch
  • salt, white pepper, oil and seasoning to taste
