Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the oil, brown the garlic and onion. Add the coriander seasoning with the salt and pepper, aside in another pot, cook the turtle, when it is soft, dump the previous preparation and add the grated banana that will serve to thicken the soup, let it cook for a few more minutes and that's it, serve it accompanied with its cocona pepper.

note: in the Amazon rainforest it is customary to cook it in the same shell and in the heat of a tuchpa, which gives it a more consistent flavor.
