Preparation

We clean the mussels well and boil them in plenty of water for an hour. Then, the pot is removed from the heat and, from the already opened mussels, we extract the strands that some of them have inside. add the juice of the lemons, the finely chopped Chinese onion, and salt and chopped parsley to taste. We serve in a deep plate.
