Preparation

To avoid eating so much frying, prepare the baked potatoes. Put them on a long tray and add the oil, minced garlic, and red pepper. cook in the oven over high heat until golden brown. to remove them use a spatula so as not to break them.

In a frying pan with the hot oil, fry the onion, add the salt and the beaten eggs and stir gently. cook until eggs are done. keep it in a warm place so that it does not get cold.

In another frying pan with the hot oil, fry the other onion. when it is transparent add the longanizas. When cooked, add the peppers and heat for 2 minutes without overcooking, keep hot.

season all 5 steaks with salt and garlic and grill. that they are pink in the center. after cooked cut it into thin slices.

to serve: put the potatoes around the plate. in the center put the scrambled onion with the eggs. Around the onion put the longanizas leaving the center free to put the steak that has been cut into thin slices.

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt for the onion
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oil to sauté onion for longanizas

  • 4 small sausages cut into pieces

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 5 steaks grilled and seasoned, pink in the center
