Preparation

the water, the oil and the honey are boiled in a saucepan to make a blonde foam.
add the cinnamon and fennel and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
the flours are sifted with the salt and sugar in a bowl and scalded with the previous preparation and kneaded like bread.
after well mashed, add the walnuts, almonds and pine nuts, passed through the machine, and mix well.
the bread is tasted, one or the other half almond is poked in each bread and, after brushing with egg, they are cooked in a very hot oven in oiled trays.
