Preparation

put the milk on the fire with the cinnamon stick and lemon peel and bring to a boil.
pour the rice into a pan, cover with water and season with a pinch of salt. bring to a low heat until the water evaporates.
add the milk very hot, little by little, as the rice absorbs it, always keeping the heat low and stirring from time to time.
when the milk is over and the rice is very creamy, add the sugar and stir, let it boil a little more for about 2 or 3 minutes.
remove from heat and add the margarine.
place in a deep dish or in individual bowls. garnish with cinnamon powder.
