Preparation

Soak, drain and dry the cod.

Place it on a fire and grill it. Next to it, place the oil and the chopped garlic cloves in a pan.

Season with pepper and bring to a boil.

As the cod is roasting, make it in chips and place it in the pan. Shake the pan from time to time.

Serve with roasted potatoes.

Wash the potatoes and rinse them with coarse salt. Insert them in the oven.

Give them a punch to crush them.

Put the potatoes back in the oven to finish cooking.

Accompany the cod with the potatoes.
