sauté the chopped garlic and onion in the oil. add the bread crumbs moistened with water, chopped parsley, chopped olives, tomatoes, salt, vinegar, mixing everything very well. join with the beaten eggs. season the grouper with a little salt and pepper, and stuff with the mixture of bread and eggs. place in a well greased refractory dish, cover with the previously chopped garlic and onion and a little parsley. sprinkle with wine, water and oil. bake for 30 minutes.
