Preparation

Bring to a boil a pot of water tempered with the coriander feet, the whole onion, salt and peppercorns and boil for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat and add the roe, bake for about 30 minutes. Check the cooking of the roe and remove them when they are hard and consistent. Beat the garlic with a knife and bring to a boil in the oil.
Add the cooked roe, cut into pieces, and the remaining coriander. Add the vinegar and serve immediately.
