Preparation

Cook the fish in a pan with salted water for 10 minutes.

Drain and set aside, fish and water separately.

In a saucepan, sauté the oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, bay leaf, coriander, thyme, pepper, let it cook well.

Add the water you have previously reserved for the fish, which is sufficient to cook the dough and is left with broth.

When it boils, add the dough and the peeled and headless prawns.

When the dough is almost cooked, add the fish and mint.

Serve warm and have a good appetite!

  • 2 large corvina steaks
  • 250 gr of peeled prawns
  • 300 gr of small Elbow dough
  • 1/2 chilli
  • 4 peeled tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 little thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • coriander to taste
  • olive oil q.s.
  • 1 sprig of mint
