Preparation

In stews, we must take into account in preparing the ingredients before cooking them.

You start by cleaning the fish, slicing the potatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes.

Fry half the onion cut with half the peppers. We add potatoes, peppers and tomatoes and garlic to the bed.

Adds the first layer of fish; reed, ray and grouper.

The layer-building process is repeated and the rest of the tomatoes and onions should remain at the end.

Drizzle with white wine and add the parsley or cilantro.

Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.

Attention, in the fisherman's stew, all the ingredients must be introduced in cold and raw.
If you can wash everything in sea water, better, in that case pay attention to the amount of salt as it already has the salt almost necessary.
Do not add water (only olive oil and wine)

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 300 g of grouper
  • 200 g of streak
  • 200 g of challenge
  • 200 g of sardines
  • 400 g of potatoes cut into slices with 1 cm thickness
  • 300 g of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 dl of olive oil
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Parsley or coriander q.s.
  • Salt and pepper q.s.
  • You can replace the fish suggested by others, try to keep the sardines.
