Preparation

Season the meat with salt and pepper and set aside for half an hour.

Start by making sautéed with onion, garlic and oil and let it brown.

Add the diced carrot, the bay leaf and cook a little.

Then add the tomato pulp or the chopped ripe tomato and let it sauté.

Add the meat and cook until it gains color.

Add some white wine
Add some water

Cook for about 1 hour until the meat is tender and the sauce is refined.
Serve with chips or boiled potatoes or rice.
