Dissolve the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar, stir it well until it has no lumps, make some brine (with salt and butter), then put the flour in a bowl, make a circle in the center and gradually incorporate the yeast and brine, knead well
let stand half an hour, then cut and fry in the vegetable oil
