Preparation

Wash the quail and open it in half.

place the quail in a container and season with white wine, garlic, bay leaf, sweet pepper, salt, black pepper, oregano and lemon juice.

Wrap everything very well and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

Drain the quails and place them on the grill.

During cooking, brush with the marinade.
