Preparation

Cook the carrot and the potato and cut them into squares.

fry the onion until translucent and add the meat. Continue frying until almost done; add salt and pepper.

Blend the tomato with the garlic and vinegar; Strain over meat.

boil for about 5 minutes. add the vegetables and 1/2 cup of water. cook until vegetables are tender and sauce is seasoned.
