Preparation

bring the milk to a boil with the lemon peel. meanwhile, beat the sugar with the egg yolks and the flour (you can put a sip of milk to make it easier to stir).
when the milk boils, add to the cream slowly, stirring constantly.
put the mixture in the pan where the milk was boiled and bring to a low heat until it boils, without stopping stirring.
put on a platter, sprinkle with sugar and burn with your own iron.

  • 7 col. sugar soup
  • 4 col. unleavened wheat flour soup
  • 1 lemon peel
