Preparation
The almond is ground. Add sugar, chocolate, cinnamon, fennel, lemon zest and mix everything very well.
Take the figs and pull the foot so that they have an elongated shape.
With a sharp knife they are hit vertically. Through this opening the figs are filled.
They close and disguise themselves where they were stuffed.
They are taken to the oven to toast.
Then they wrap themselves in fringed white crystal paper. They are armed like the strips of garlic.

- For about 40 figs
- 1 kg of dried figs
- 250 grs of almond
- 125 grs of sugar
- 25 grs of powdered chocolate
- 2.5 grs of fennel
- lemon zest q.s.
- cinnamon q.s.
