put the sugar on the fire with a little water. when you are about to get a pearl point, place the peeled, raw and ground almonds and boil some more. remove from heat, add two egg yolks and stir well. work the dough a little. make small balls and open a hole in the middle of each one. into that hole pour the chila, the soft eggs and the egg threads. cover it with a little bit of dough. put on a tray, previously greased with butter and flour. bake until golden, in a medium oven. remove from oven and pan and let cool. after cold, cover with icing and let dry.
