Preparation

beat the egg yolks very well with 2 measures of sugar, add the oil, flour, yeast and yogurt and continue to beat, finally add the egg whites that were previously beaten with a measure of sugar.
pour the dough in a well greased form (with margarine and flour) and bring it to the hot oven, keeping a temperature of about 180/190 degrees.

  • 3 measures of flour
  • 3 sugar measures
  • 2 coffee spoons of yeast
  • ½ measure of oil
