Olive leaf tea

Olive leaves have 4 times more potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, zinc and copper than green tea. These substances are highly antioxidants, being ultra efficient against aging and also stimulating metabolism. A University of Michigan Health System study points to evidence that the substance oleuropein cleans blood sugar. That is, the infusion acts very strictly on the fats accumulated in the abdominal region. It also has properties that help to relax blood vessels, causing vasodilation and lowering blood pressure, which can be used in cases of hypertension, angina, arrhythmias and other circulatory problems. Soothes irritating and inflammatory disorders such as indigestion, heartburn, gastritis, colitis and peptic ulcer.
