Fennel tea

Fennel tea is rich in vitamins A, B and C, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc. It increases the production of breast milk, it also helps to fight nausea and dizziness during pregnancy. Being very effective in the treatment of flatulence and for the reduction of intestinal gases, helping to relieve stomach pains.
